Every rule is extracted exclusively from official government immigration portals.
We source requirements directly from primary government publishers (such as the U.S. Department of State, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada, UK Visas and Immigration, Australian Department of Home Affairs, and European Commission EUR-Lex). We never rely on anecdotal blog posts or unverified travel forums.
Step 2: Technical Specification Extraction
Rules are decomposed into measurable mathematical and technical constraints.
Immigration guidelines are analyzed for exact technical parameters: pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, millimeter boundaries, maximum and minimum byte sizes, allowable MIME formats, and background chromaticity.

Government web portals often enforce strict server-side upload filters (for example, the U.S. CEAC 240 KB limit or IRCC 4 MB limit) that differ from general print guidance. We benchmark against these exact electronic upload gates.

We explicitly separate file conformity from visa eligibility.
A technically compliant document or photo does not guarantee visa approval. Consular officers make subjective, discretionary determinations regarding applicant eligibility, intent, and background.
