VisaDocAssist does NOT issue visas, represent consular authorities, adjudicate visa petitions, or guarantee that any embassy or immigration department will approve your application.

Government electronic filing systems—such as the U.S. CEAC DS-160 portal, Canada IRCC portal, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) service, Australian ImmiAccount, Immigration New Zealand online system, and European Schengen consular services—enforce strict, automated technical constraints on every uploaded file.

Browser-First File Processing Architecture

VisaDocAssist was purposefully architected to operate client-side in your web browser where supported. When you load a photo or PDF into our checkers, the processing is handled locally by modern web APIs (including HTML5 Canvas, the FileReader API, and WebAssembly).
VisaDocAssist does not intentionally upload user files to a VisaDocAssist server for processing, and files are not intended to be permanently stored by VisaDocAssist. Once you close or refresh your browser tab, the temporary file data in your browser memory is discarded.
