1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web tools available on VisaDocAssist.com (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or tools.

2. Scope & Technical Tool Limitations

VisaDocAssist is an informational, technical pre-check utility. Our tools evaluate digital properties of photographs and documents (including pixel width and height, aspect ratios, file byte weight, and PDF format compliance) against publicly documented specifications from immigration authorities.

Important Technical Boundaries:

• Automated checks cannot verify document authenticity, legal validity, or substantive truthfulness of application contents.
• Image evaluations do not assess nuanced biometric criteria such as natural facial expressions, subject identity, or subtle lighting nuances that consular officers judge subjectively.
• A status of “PASS” or “READY TO SUBMIT” indicates solely that the tested file conforms to published technical measurements configured in our database. It does not constitute legal or consular endorsement.

3. No Government Affiliation & No Visa Issuance

VisaDocAssist is an entirely private, independent platform. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with any national government, embassy, consulate, or immigration department (including, without limitation, the U.S. Department of State, IRCC Canada, UK Visas and Immigration, Australian Department of Home Affairs, Immigration New Zealand, or European Union consular agencies).

VisaDocAssist does NOT process visa applications, issue visas, collect consular fees, schedule biometric appointments, or provide legal representation.

4. User Responsibility for Final Document Submission

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and suitability of every file, photograph, and document you submit to any embassy, visa portal, or immigration authority.
• Government consular rules, upload ceilings, and photo specifications are subject to frequent regulatory changes without notice. You are obligated to independently verify requirements on the official government portal before completing any submission.
• You will inspect all files cropped, compressed, or converted through our browser tools before submitting them to official systems to ensure legibility and visual clarity.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VisaDocAssist solely for lawful personal preparation purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to manufacture, forge, or alter fraudulent identification documents or government records.
• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the web application or its client-side scripts.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest data or content from the website.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security features or rate-limiting measures implemented on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisaDocAssist, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to use the Service.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, VisaDocAssist assumes no liability for any visa refusal, application rejection, missed deadline, delayed travel, appointment cancellation, non-refundable filing fee, airline rebooking penalty, or consular dispute resulting from the use of or reliance on our checking tools or information.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All original software code, interfaces, design elements, graphics, instructional texts, and logos comprising VisaDocAssist are the property of VisaDocAssist and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Government circulars, consular standards, and country flags referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective public jurisdictions and are cited under nominative fair use for applicant guidance.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued access to the website after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
