You do not need to register, create an account, or disclose an email address to use VisaDocAssist.
1. Zero Permanent Document Storage
VisaDocAssist was deliberately engineered without a user document database. When you select a photo or document in your browser, the file data remains within your browser's local sandbox memory (using HTML5 Canvas, FileReader, and Web APIs). Once you close or reload the browser tab, the data is automatically purged.
2. No Account or Personal Identifiers Required
We do not collect names, passport numbers, national identity numbers, dates of birth, physical addresses, or visa application tracking numbers. The V1 MVP operates 100% friction-free without login or registration credentials.
3. In-Browser Image & Document Processing
Checks evaluating pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, image sharpness, byte weight, and PDF structure are executed directly via client-side JavaScript. Sensitive documents never transit to third-party storage buckets.
4. Future Server-Side / AI Operations Disclosure
If a future advanced diagnostic tool requires server-side microservice processing (such as high-level neural face parsing), VisaDocAssist will explicitly and transparently request your consent beforehand with clear notice. Any such ephemeral processing would occur strictly in-memory without permanent retention.
5. Anonymous Analytics
We may gather standard aggregate, non-personally identifiable telemetry (e.g. general geographic region, browser type, and tool completion counters) solely to improve site performance and optimize Core Web Vitals.
