By accessing or using VisaDocAssist.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, you should immediately cease use of our tools.
2. Description of Technical Service
VisaDocAssist provides automated client-side technical verification tools designed to evaluate digital photograph and PDF document properties against publicly documented immigration portal guidelines. VisaDocAssist does not prepare, file, or submit visa applications on your behalf.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VisaDocAssist, its operators, developers, or contributors be held liable for any visa petition denial, appointment cancellation, lost government filing fees, delays, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or reliance on our software.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to utilize VisaDocAssist to process fraudulent identification documents, submit malicious script payloads, or attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary checking heuristics.
