In select articles, equipment guides, or document preparation checklists, you may encounter links to third-party products or services (for example, glossy passport photo printing paper, USB thumb drives for biometric filing, or document scanners).

No Impact on Automated Checking Logic: An affiliate relationship will NEVER modify a pass/fail determination, dimensional rule, or technical requirement in our photo checker or document tools.

No Sponsored Distortion: We reject partnerships with deceptive visa agencies, unaccredited document sellers, or services promising guaranteed visa outcomes.

3. Why We Use Affiliate Links

VisaDocAssist does not charge subscription fees, paywalls, or document check fees to applicants. Maintaining high-speed servers, developing browser-first image processing utilities, and auditing immigration requirements across multiple sovereign nations incurs significant ongoing technical and research costs.

Affiliate partnerships, alongside non-intrusive display advertising, allow us to keep 100% of our core tools free and accessible for international travelers, students, and families.
